Join us and be part of a dynamic team that supports a variety of installation projects, ensuring materials and equipment are moved and set up efficiently and safely. ### Requirements / Responsibilities - Assist in moving heavy materials, furniture, and equipment to designated locations. - Safely load and unload trucks or containers. - Prepare installation areas by clearing spaces and setting up necessary tools. - Support installation teams by handing over tools, materials, and equipment. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. - Perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Skills: MUST BE OSHA 10CERTIFIED Strong, reliable, good customer service attitude, must have a valid email for daily job assignments ==================================================================================================================================== - PPE required: Steel toe boots, hi-vis vest, hard hats and safety glasses al must be Level 2 PPE. Armada wil provide vest and safety glasses. Employees provide their own boots. TRCMI will supply hard hats and gloves. - Lifting Required: lifting of furniture, cubicle walls and partitions and parts to be assembled ### Qualifications - Previous experience in labor moving, installation support, or related physical work preferred. - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) safely and repeatedly. - Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. - Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is a plus. - Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions carefully. ### Job Details / Duties - Transport materials from delivery trucks to job sites efficiently. - Assist installers by preparing the worksite, including setting up ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment as needed. - Ensure all materials and tools are accounted for before and after installation. - Help disassemble packaging and organize components for easy access. - Participate in loading completed installations onto trucks for return or storage. - Report any equipment or material issues to supervisors promptly.
