Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or similar).
• Must be familiar with operating standard kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, knives, and ovens.
• Must consistently follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 30 pounds without assistance.
• Must be willing and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be comfortable working in a hot, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Must be able to take direction from kitchen leadership with a positive attitude.
• Must be open to assisting with non-cooking duties including cleaning, dishwashing, or food prep work.
