This is a full-time travel position supporting WorldPac distribution projects across multiple locations. Workers must be ready to travel regularly and reliably, with transportation for trips that may last several hours each way. The role is ideal for those seeking steady, full-time work with consistent pay and project bonuses.
As a Traveling Warehouse & Merchandising Associate, you will support warehouse operations by handling automotive parts and merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following instructions from WorldPac team members and WorkWhile Leads. Strong attendance, reliability, and adaptability are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Travel to assigned project sites as directed (up to 4 hours round-trip travel).
Receive, store, and distribute automotive parts, tools, equipment, and merchandise.
Open cartons, sort, and relocate merchandise to designated areas.
Interpret warehouse documents and layout to determine item placement.
Verify and document incoming merchandise by part and quantity.
Organize products on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to sequence.
Prepare products for distribution within the facility.
Use handheld RF scanners to manage inventory and track product movement.
Create and enter manifest records in the warehouse system.
Lift up to 50 lbs individually; team lift for heavier items.
Stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods during long shifts.
Follow on-site instructions and support WorkWhile Leads to complete assigned projects.
Work Environment & Expectations
Full-time travel role — workers must be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays if required.
Reliable vehicle required (commuting up to 4 hours round-trip).
Projects typically run six consecutive workdays with one day off, paid as two full weeks.
Quest Bonuses: $100 for each completed project, with extra bonuses for completing all assigned projects.
Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical — past attendance issues are a red flag.
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with long hours on your feet.
