Position & Job Details:
Dispatcher - 16/hr
Dispatcher II – Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize GPS, Google Maps, and multiple mobile applications simultaneously.
- Serve as Market Lead and oversee Dispatcher I.
- Support driver onboarding and verify failures when necessary.
- Initiate driver discipline as required.
- Assign and manage Zendesk tickets.
- Communicate with clients through designated channels.
- Perform Dispatcher I duties when needed.
- Dispatch drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient pickups and deliveries.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide high-quality support to customers and clients.
- Under direction of the Dispatch Team Lead, coordinate with client customer-service teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Collaborate with Driver Leads and Account Representatives to maintain delivery-service standards.
- Monitor and review routes; communicate with drivers as needed to meet or exceed client expectations.
