A leading staffing company is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional technical support services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure and ensuring smooth operational continuity.
### Requirements / Responsibilities
- Laptop provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting (Mac/Windows).
- Support and deployment of Hexnode MDM across all devices.
- General IT troubleshooting, including networking (Wi-Fi, switches) and connectivity issues.
- Printer setup and support, including Zebra label printers.
- Answer, triage, and escalate IT support tickets as needed.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support.
- Assist with occasional data entry tasks when not handling IT issues.
- Support other IT assets such as TVs, Joan boards, meeting-room tablets, and related equipment.
- Install software and answer general software-use questions for employees.
- Set up user accounts and support onboarding in tools such as Slack, Asana, and other business applications.
- Assist with offboarding tasks (account removals, device collection, etc.).
- Travel between the two North Hollywood facilities as required.
