Job Description

Position: Inventory Scanner – Shift Lead
Client: Datascan (W2)

As a Shift Lead, you’ll guide a small team during an overnight inventory scan at Nordstrom Rack using Datascan equipment. Equipment will be provided onsite. You will collaborate directly with the store manager and inventory supervisor to ensure the count is accurate and completed on time.

You'll be responsible for:

• Distributing and collecting clock-in/out codes

• Ensuring team members sign in/out

• Reinforcing dress code and conduct expectations

• Serving as the point of contact for team questions

• Supporting workers during the shift while modeling professionalism

⚠️ This is a no-early-leave shift. You must be able to stay until work is completed.
