**Inventory Associate – Licensed Cannabis Retail Operation** **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (32 hours/week) **No weekends required** We are seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate** to join our licensed cannabis retail team. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with state regulations, and overall operational organization. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with inventory or stockroom experience looking to grow within the cannabis industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Accurately tag, label, and organize cannabis products * Receive, count, and store incoming inventory * Track and manage inventory using a digital POS system * Support product transfers and restocking efforts * Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly * Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations * Keep storage and work areas clean, organized, and secure **Qualifications:** * Previous inventory, stockroom, or warehouse experience preferred * Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs This is a consistent **Monday–Thursday, daytime position** offering a predictable schedule and a supportive team environment—**no weekends required**. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
