Our client based in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking an Intake Specialist for a contractual position, with the potential for extension.

Intake Specialist Role:

• Manage client inquiries and conduct initial interviews with a focus on accurate documentation and seamless communication
• Perform initial client intake interviews to collect essential information
• Organize and maintain client files utilizing document management systems
• Collaborate with administrative and legal teams to assist in case preparation
• Utilize software for precise billing, file management, and document review
• Support with research, proofreading, and other administrative duties
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Intake Specialist Background Profile:

• Prior experience in a legal office is preferred
• Proficient in legal administrative procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with document management systems; experience with specialized legal software is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Understanding of paralegal responsibilities
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities

Requirements:

• Preferred previous experience in a legal office
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal administrative procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with document management systems
• Experience with specialized legal software is a plus
