Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Garden Grove, CA 92843
Schedule: 9 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reach out to customers who have received estimates but haven’t moved forward.
- Understand their concerns and help them find the best solution for their home
- Build trust by focusing on what truly fits their needs and affordability
- Work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment with growth opportunities
- Track activities and leads through Service Titan
What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of inside sales experience required, preferably in-home services
- Demonstrated success in direct owner sales, preferably within the HVAC and plumbing Industries
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience in working with large ticket items
- Strong presentation skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Excellent time management skills
- A high level of sales administrative work (must be highly organized and meticulous)
- A strong team player with the willingness to learn new procedures and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Neat, clean-cut appearance
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
