Description

As an HVAC Warranty Technician at Redwood Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our HVAC systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your day will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC units that are covered under warranty. You will communicate with clients to understand their issues and promptly resolve heating and cooling problems. A typical day might include conducting inspections, performing maintenance checks, and documenting service reports to ensure all warranty policies are adhered to.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with HVAC systems (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills related to HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
• Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures in the HVAC industry.
