Description

Join our team at Aaron's HVAC Service as an HVAC Service Technician! In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning smoothly. Your day will typically include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing outstanding customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively with your team to deliver timely and efficient service to our valued customers.

Requirements

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in confined spaces while handling the physical demands of the job.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• NATE Certification or other industry certifications.
• Experience with smart thermostats and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and heat pumps.
• Familiarity with ductwork installation and fabrication.
• Basic electrical or plumbing experience.
• Spanish or bilingual communication skills.
