Description

As an HVAC Counter Sales representative at Daikin, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. A typical day will involve answering customer queries, assisting with product selection, and processing orders efficiently. You'll engage with customers over the phone and via email, ensuring that their needs are met while also educating them about our range of HVAC products. Your strong organizational skills will help you manage multiple tasks, all while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in HVAC
• High school diploma or GED; some college education is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
• Comfortable with high-volume customer interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data entry platforms
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and understand technical HVAC terminology and product information

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in HVAC industry or technical sales
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
