Position Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Garden Grove, CA 92843
Schedule: 7:30 AM to last call Monday to Friday, On call, Weekends as needed

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Technician to join our company. As our technician, you will be responsible for the service of residential HVAC units. Technicians will travel to various service calls throughout the day, and each day will be different. You will be interacting with customers daily throughout our service areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily, so having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Using your demonstrated success in direct owner sales
• Using your exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Establishing customer rapport with products and services
• Forming accurate and complete sales proposals
• Helping to facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers
• Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
• Participating in training on the latest industry technologies
• Supporting team members and peers

• You are physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs. or higher
• Your ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues

• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
• You have the ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician is required
• EPA Type II Certification required
• Customer Service experience
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Knowledge of computers and tablet use
• You have the ability to commute in the Garden Grove, CA area
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
