Responsibilities:
- Installing systems to company standards
- Supervising Installers
- Ensuring high-quality and timely job performance
- 5+ years of HVAC experience with a solid track record of success.
- Expertise in gas and refrigeration pipe installation, ductwork, and all aspects of HVAC system design and installation.
- Ability to lead and supervise other installers with a focus on quality and safety.
- Strong understanding of all HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and testing.
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to consult on solutions and solve problems.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, including NATE certification and staying updated on industry codes and standards.
