Compensation: $35 – $45/hour (depending on experience)
Rooter Hero is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our Sacramento team. In this role, you’ll handle the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring top-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Install residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
Use HVAC tools and equipment to complete installations to code and company standards
Work in varied environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor areas
Provide excellent service and communication to customers during installations
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Support teammates and supervisors with additional duties as needed
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred (trade school or apprentice background also considered)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical skills and ability to use HVAC tools/equipment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Comfortable working directly with customers and providing excellent service
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening
EPA Certification preferred but not required
Authorization to work in the U.S.
