💼 HVAC Field Sales Manager (Comfort Advisor)

About the Role

Rooter Hero is seeking a driven HVAC Field Sales Manager (Comfort Advisor) to join our Orange County (Anaheim) team. In this role, you’ll meet with customers, provide tailored comfort solutions, and lead HVAC installation teams to success. This position is perfect for motivated leaders who combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills and want to maximize their earnings while building a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide HVAC solutions

• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure projects are completed successfully

• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed company revenue goals

• Train, mentor, and support HVAC staff in sales, customer service, and technical best practices

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies

• Maintain flexibility to meet client scheduling and team leadership needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred (trade school or apprentice background also considered)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong sales and communication skills with ability to close deals

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use HVAC tools/equipment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)

• Comfortable working directly with customers and providing excellent service

• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening

• EPA Certification preferred but not required

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
