About the Role: Immediate opening for 2 Commercial HVAC Tech positions. This is a mid tier experienced HVAC tech position for commercial heating & air and refrigeration and control systems. On-call 1 X a month, dispatched from home local travel, NO overnight Career advancement opportunities role open due to grown, Pay up to $45/hr + and plus bonuses   Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long and short term disability insurance, company vehicle, and much MORE Responsibilities:  Configure manufacturer and in-house controls (JENEsis/Niagara) based on project submittals and plans. Coordinate with controls contractors to ensure seamless integration and system communication. Install, troubleshoot, and support a wide range of VFDs (Yaskawa, ABB, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Danfoss, Grundfos). Work with modulating components: digital/VFD compressors, supply/exhaust fans, dampers, valves, EEVs, stepper gas valves, and SCR electric heat. Support various heat recovery systems: heat wheels, runaround coils, sensible recovery, and evap/indirect evap cooling. Assist with commissioning 3–200 ton semi-custom AHUs and 10–300 ton scroll/screw chillers. Experience with VAV, MAU, DOAS, and single-zone systems. Requirements Troubleshoot and maintain package units, high tonnage chillers, pump towers, cooling towers control systems, high tonnage boilers Mechanical skills required to work on a variety of complex HVAC systems including fans, compressors, motor bearings, refrigeration circuits, burner set up, heat wheels, etc. Must have current OSHA 10 Training. Comfortable working around 5-ton to 200-ton package rooftop units h. Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Understanding Real Time Energy Management (RTEM) enabling Client Lift & move 75 lbs Have hand tools 3+ years experience working with commercial HVAC systems, Controls, startup and refrigeration, See list above Will need experience with boilers, chillers, and pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment. Universal EPA certified Journeyman HVAC preferred but not required. Clean driving record.
