Rooter Hero is hiring an HVAC Apprentice/Helper to support our HVAC team in San Diego. Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and service work

• Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques under supervision

• Prepare tools, equipment, and work areas for projects

• Provide excellent support to technicians and customers

• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the HVAC team

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience or equivalent trade school training with hands-on experience

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
