Description
As the HR Manager at Balance Staffing, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include managing recruiting strategies, overseeing employee relations, developing performance management systems, and facilitating training and development initiatives. A typical day might involve collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. You will be the backbone of our workforce, helping our employees thrive and succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role, ideally within a technology or high-growth company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR software and systems for streamlined processes and reporting.
- Certification from a recognized HR professional organization (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to organizational planning and development.
