Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process to build a diverse and skilled team that aligns with our company values.
Required skills: - Minimum age of 21 years
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and its regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Desired skills: - Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to the cannabis industry
- Ability to develop and implement creative recruitment strategies
