Overview

As a Housekeeping Associate with PeopleScout, you will support a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests, residents, or staff. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all assigned areas meet established cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces

• Restock supplies, linens, and toiletries as required

• Remove trash and ensure proper waste handling procedures

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment

• Follow cleaning schedules and assigned task lists

• Maintain equipment in clean and working order

• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles (Must-Have)

• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs and perform physical tasks (Must-Have)

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (Must-Have)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience working in hotels, healthcare facilities, or commercial buildings (Nice-to-Have)

• Reliable transportation to and from work (Nice-to-Have)
