What You’ll Do

• Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools

• Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on

• Earn More with Every Fix - You’ll offer add-ons like maintenance plans and water filters when it makes sense. There’s no hard pitch—just putting your skills to work and getting rewarded when you go the extra mile.

• Keep your tools and vehicle organized—use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you

What We’re Looking For

• A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things

• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade

• Strong mechanical aptitude—especially if you’ve worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before

• Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload

• Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 50 lbs; occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 100 lbs)

• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates

• High school diploma or GED required

• EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license
