Build on that foundation: Base pay ranging from $15–$34/hr depending on location and experience, plus performance incentives. Learn additional skills and become a Master Technician to qualify for top-tier pay – up to $34/hr base + performance incentives.

Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools
Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on

A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things
Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade
Strong mechanical aptitude—especially if you’ve worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before
Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload
Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 50 lbs; occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 100 lbs)
Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates
High school diploma or GED required
PA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license
