About the Role

Classet is hiring a sharp, organized, and execution-minded Customer Delivery Manager to help us deliver exceptional onboarding and implementation experiences for our customers. You’ll work directly with our founders and cross-functional teams to ensure we move from signed contracts to live success stories — fast and frictionlessly.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves  building customer relationships, while simultaneous developing and executing scalable processes.

What You’ll Do

• Own post-sale project execution for new customers, from kick-off through go-live

• Coordinate implementation steps with internal teams (engineering, sales, support)

• Track tasks, dependencies, and blockers across projects

• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers to keep them informed and engaged

• Monitor early usage data and flag any issues that need support

• Work directly to both improve and execute our delivery playbook

• Create customer-facing documentation or internal resources when gaps emerge

• Assist with light QA, integration setups, or fielding technical questions where needed
  

Ideal Backgrounds

• 1–3 years in customer success, implementation, operations, or product support at a SaaS or services business

• Experience with B2B software, recruiting tools, or ATS platforms is helpful, but not required

• Clear communicator who is great at managing details and timelines

• Bias for action, self-starter, gets joy from closing loops and solving problems

• Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams

• Bonus: some light technical comfort (Zapier, APIs, QA testing, SQL, etc.)

🌟 Bonus Points

• Experience working in HR tech, AI, or early-stage startups

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)

• Comfortable with project tools like Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot

• Exposure to Agile, integrations, or technical project management
