We are seeking an experienced **Cultivation Manager** to oversee all aspects of cannabis cultivation operations. This role is critical to the success of the cultivation program and requires a proven leader with deep horticultural knowledge, team management experience, and a passion for producing high-quality cannabis at scale. The Cultivation Manager will be responsible for managing the cultivation team, maintaining optimal growing conditions, implementing standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic oversight and operational execution. * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead all aspects of cannabis cultivation from propagation to harvest, ensuring plant health, maximum yield, and consistent quality. - Manage, train, and mentor cultivation staff, holding team members accountable for goals, compliance, and SOP adherence. - Oversee Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols to identify and mitigate pest and disease issues. - Monitor and adjust cultivation environments (lighting, HVAC, irrigation, fertigation, CO₂) to maintain optimal conditions. - Coordinate with other department managers to ensure efficient labor allocation and workflow. - Track, document, and report on plant health, yields, and inventory in compliance with state regulations. - Maintain and troubleshoot cultivation equipment to prevent downtime and minimize crop loss. - Develop solution-oriented strategies to address unforeseen challenges in cultivation. - Partner with leadership to align cultivation output with company production goals. * * * ### **Qualifications** - 21+ years old with a valid Facility Agent Card issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services - Minimum 3–5 years of cannabis cultivation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong knowledge of cannabis plant biology, nutrient management, and environmental controls - Proven experience in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Results-driven, with a focus on efficiency, yield, and product quality * * * ### **What We Offer** - Opportunity to lead a talented cultivation team in a growing company - A collaborative, professional, and supportive work environment - Career growth within the cannabis industry
