**Job Description:** The Harvest Support Technician plays a key role in the post-cultivation process of cannabis production. This position is responsible for assisting with the harvesting of cannabis plants and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company SOPs and state regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with the cutting, de-leafing, and bucking of cannabis plants during harvest - Transport plants or plant material from grow rooms to processing areas - Handle plant material carefully to minimize damage and preserve quality - Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment - Weigh and log plant material accurately as needed - Support the trimming, drying, and curing process as assigned - Follow all company SOPs, safety protocols, and sanitation requirements - Work efficiently in a team setting, maintaining productivity and focus during repetitive tasks **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or harvesting is a plus but not always required - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment - Good attention to detail and basic recordkeeping skills - Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift for extended periods - Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass any required background checks per local/state cannabis regulations _About Vangst:_ _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
