**Overview:** We are seeking **dedicated and physically capable individuals** to join our outdoor cannabis cultivation team for the fresh-frozen harvest. This role requires working in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks to ensure our premium product is harvested efficiently and safely. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hand-harvest cannabis plants, ensuring buds are carefully cut and handled for fresh-frozen processing. - Deleaf plants as needed to maintain product quality. - Buck harvested material if required for processing. - Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for harvesting and handling cannabis. - Load, transport, and organize freshly harvested material to the processing area. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or agricultural harvesting is preferred, but not required. - Must be able to perform **hard physical labor** for extended periods. - Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift and carry up to \[50–75 lbs\] frequently. - Standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods. - Capable of walking and working on uneven terrain. **_About Vangst:_**   _Vangst is the cannabis industry's hiring platform.
