**Job Overview:** We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a large-scale **fresh frozen cannabis harvest**. This role will focus on efficiently harvesting plants and preparing them for immediate freezing to preserve terpene and cannabinoid profiles. Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on work and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. **Responsibilities:** - Harvest cannabis plants by hand with care and precision. - Transport freshly cut plants to processing areas. - Remove fan leaves and prepare material for fresh frozen storage. - Weigh and record wet material accurately. - Package and properly store harvested material to ensure quality preservation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tools, and equipment. - Follow all compliance, safety, and facility protocols. - Support the cultivation team with other harvest-related duties as needed. **Requirements:** - Previous harvest or cannabis cultivation experience preferred, but not required. - Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. - Comfortable working in cold storage environments (freezer/processing rooms). - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. - Must meet all state compliance requirements (e.g., OLCC, METRC, **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
