Harvest/Defoliation Tech 8/13

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Post-Harvest Technicians to join our cultivation partner’s team every other Wednesday. This role plays a critical part in the post-harvest process, focusing on the defoliation and preparation of harvested plants.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Defoliate harvested cannabis plants by removing large fan leaves
* Transport plants from the flower room to the defoliation area
* Assist with hanging and organizing plants for drying as needed
* Stand for extended periods and work with repetitive motions
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
**Requirements:**
* Must be able to stand and work on your feet for long hours
* Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks
* Must wear clean clothes and no open-toed shoes
* Must comply with all state cannabis regulations and onsite protocols
* Must be punctual and professional
