**Job Title:** Harvest Assistant **Overview:** We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Harvest Assistant** to support our cultivation team in managing a harvest of approximately 320 plants. This is a hands-on role that involves all aspects of post-harvest processing. **Responsibilities:** - Cut down plants and transport them to the dry room. - Weigh plants and record wet weight accurately. - Hang plants on drying racks as needed. - Clean and maintain the harvest area, including vacuuming trays and prepping for the next harvest. - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance. - Assist the Head Grower as needed throughout the harvest process. **Requirements:** - Prior experience in cultivation or harvest roles preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
