**Job Title:** Harvest Assistant **Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Harvest Assistant** to support the Head Grower in managing a harvest zone of approximately 320 plants. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a team-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with harvesting plants, including cutting, trimming, and preparing them for processing. - Transport harvested plants to the dry room. - Weigh and record wet weights accurately. - Hang plants on the dry rack system for proper curing. - Clean and prep the harvest area for the next cycle, including vacuuming, scrubbing trays, and maintaining a tidy workspace. - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance. - Report any issues or observations to the Head Grower. **Requirements:** - Prior experience in cultivation or harvest roles preferred but not required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Team player with a positive attitude.
