As the Express Exterior Car Wash Manager at Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch car washing experiences. Your day will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing team performance. You will be responsible for training associates, maintaining the car wash equipment, and ensuring the location runs smoothly and efficiently. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a knack for leadership, this role is perfect for you!

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of retail associates

• Proficient in computer usage for scheduling, tracking, and reporting

• Willingness to learn and handle maintenance of car wash equipment

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

• Comfortable working outdoors for the majority of shifts

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the car wash industry is an advantage
