### Job Description
We are a leading staffing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Gummy Production & Packaging Associate. This role is perfect for candidates interested in working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality gummy products. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of the production and packaging processes.
### Requirements / Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of gummy products, maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure proper filling, sealing, and labeling.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
### Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or food production preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work assigned shift hours.

### Job Details / Duties
- Set up and operate gummy production and packaging equipment.
- Monitor production lines to detect and resolve any issues.
- Package finished gummy products according to company standards.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during production.
### Shifts
- Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
- Work hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Consistent schedule providing work-life balance.
