GTM Systems & Growth Engineer

Classet is building the most efficient hiring engine in the world, and we’re looking for a GTM Systems & Growth Engineer to help us scale it.

This is a builder’s role. You’ll architect and own the back-end of our revenue machine—automating our stack, optimizing conversion across the funnel, and turning high-intent leads into booked meetings. You’ll work directly with the founding team to help us grow revenue 10x over the next 24 months

This is a senior IC role with cross-functional ownership, perfect for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll wear a lot of hats, operate with high autonomy, and make critical decisions about our GTM stack, vendors, and growth motion.


🔧 What You’ll Own

Build and Run the GTM Engine

  • Design and implement scalable systems across our GTM stack - HubSpot, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, and more.

  • Own HubSpot: deal stages, lifecycle rules, lead scoring, handoffs, automations.

  • Integrate tools and data flows so our outreach-to-close motion works seamlessly.

  • Develop and refine Ideal customer profiles using sales data, CRM insights, and buyer intent to drive segmentation and prioritization.

Run Smart Experiments & Drive Growth

  • Launch and optimize outbound campaigns, paid media, landing pages, and lifecycle sequences.

  • Partner with our marketing agency to align top-of-funnel activity with pipeline goals.

  • Test and iterate on new channels and tactics, double down on what works.

Be the Data & Systems Brain

  • Track and report on key metrics: conversion rates, CAC, time-to-close, attribution, and more.

  • Build dashboards that keep the team aligned and focused - from high-level KPIs to campaign-level insights.

  • Equip sales with tools and processes that make them faster, not just busier.

Automate the Boring Stuff

  • Automate lifecycle touchpoints, lead routing, follow-ups, and intent triggers.

  • Remove friction from handoffs, nurture flows, and outbound execution.

  • Help us move from “one-off fixes” to “this just works.”

Make the Calendar Your KPI

  • Keep the sales calendar full by routing high-intent leads and surfacing the right opportunities at the right time.

  • Accelerate stuck deals with smart automation and insight-driven nudges.

  • Load the top of the funnel and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.


✅ You Might Be a Fit If…

Skills & Tools

  • CRM expertise: Advanced CRM skills (deal stages, lead scoring, automation). Hubspot is preferred, but not a must-have.

  • Automation tools: Proficient with outreach automation tools. (Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)

  • Analytics: Able to build and track KPIs (conversion, CAC, attribution) 

  • Growth marketing: Experience with outbound, paid ads, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns.

Experience

  • 3–5+ years in RevOps or Growth roles (ideally B2B SaaS).

  • Built scalable GTM systems and led tool integrations.

  • Proven collaboration with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Owned lead flow, handoffs, and lifecycle operations.
