Required skills: - Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass any required background checks.
- Strong understanding of plant biology and cultivation techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis strains and their specific growing requirements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cultivation technologies and practices.
