### **Title and Description** ### **Title** General Labor Team Lead ### **Description** ### **General Labor Team Lead (Cannabis Facility)** **Location:** Camarillo, CA **Pay:** $20/hour **Schedule:** Full-time (40 hours/week), Overtime Available **Start Date:** ASAP **Experience Required:** 1+ year of leadership experience in cannabis, agriculture, manufacturing, or a similar labor-intensive environment **Must be 21+ and able to pass a Live Scan background check (per California compliance)** * * * ### **Position Summary** A leading cannabis production facility in Camarillo is seeking a hands-on and motivated **Team Lead** to supervise and support a crew of approximately **20 General Laborers** working across cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine operations. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about team development and operational efficiency. * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily workflows across labor teams, adjusting task assignments based on production needs * Ensure team members are working efficiently and safely within compliance and SOPs * Train new hires and reinforce proper techniques for cultivation, harvest, trimming, and equipment operation * Act as the primary point of contact between labor staff and department managers * Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality of work across assigned team * Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback to team members * Help resolve day-to-day issues, escalating matters as needed to management * Assist with production tasks when necessary to maintain team momentum * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all work areas * Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, while meeting compliance standards * Working between several departments (Quality Assurance, Bucking, Labor Propagation, Trimming, Cultivation, Dry Room).
