As General Manager / Business Development Leader, you’ll own strategy and execution for platform growth — from enterprise partnerships and direct-to-advisor acquisition to refining product offerings and go-to-market initiatives. This position reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, high-impact environments.
Define and lead user acquisition strategies—enterprise (RIA aggregators) and direct-to-advisor.
Execute outreach campaigns, lead demos, and represent the platform at key industry events.
Drive strategic planning, including M&A or exit strategies based on performance.
Collaborate on marketing efforts (email, webinars, paid ads, social media).
Lead partnerships & BD initiatives, finding synergies across the RIA and fintech ecosystem.
Analyze competitor landscape (Snappy Kraken, FMG Suite, Brownbridge) to optimize positioning.
Work cross-functionally with product, content, legal, finance, and tech teams.
Establish KPIs like demo-to-close ratio, MRR growth, churn, etc., and drive measurable outcomes.
Translate user feedback into actionable platform improvements.
3–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
Background in SaaS, fintech, or MarTech environments.
Proven success in startup or high-growth companies.
Excellent pitching and deal-closing skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to lead virtual and in-person demos and manage multi-channel acquisition efforts.
Strategic mindset with tactical execution capabilities.
Deep understanding of RIA firms and financial advisor ecosystems.
Familiarity with competitive tools (e.g., FMG Suite, Snappy Kraken).
Experience with M&A strategy or platform exit planning.
Exposure to performance-based comp structures in B2B/B2C SaaS.
OTE: $200K+ (base salary + incentives)
