General Manager Role:

• Lead operations for an established specialty retailer with a focus on gourmet food.
• Oversee various market departments including meat and seafood, produce, bakery, deli, prepared foods, wine, cheese, and grocery.
• Manage operations to ensure smooth functionality, enhance customer service, drive sales growth, and maximize profitability.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff, fostering a team culture and maintaining optimal staffing levels.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while upholding quality service standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and utilize financial reports for operational decisions.
