A well-established cannabis company in Padero, CA is seeking a motivated and reliable **General Laborer Team Lead** to oversee day-to-day labor operations across multiple departments including cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine operation. This role combines hands-on labor with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team works safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
You will work alongside the team while also supporting supervisors in overseeing daily tasks. Duties may include:
**Team Leadership & Support**
- Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding new laborers
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with management about progress and challenges
**Cultivation & Propagation**
- Oversee transplanting, watering, pruning, and plant health monitoring
- Support greenhouse maintenance and sanitation schedules
**Harvest & Trimming**
- Lead small groups in harvesting and trimming operations
- Maintain speed and quality while ensuring consistency across the team
**Machine Operation & Workflow**
- Support machine operators and oversee cleaning/troubleshooting processes
- Ensure smooth production flow and proper equipment use

- Must have reliable transportation to Padero, CA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous team lead or leadership experience preferred, but not required
