This role combines hands-on labor with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team works safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within the cannabis industry. **Key Responsibilities** You will work alongside the team while also supporting supervisors in overseeing daily tasks.
