### **Job Title:** Greenhouse Renovations Associate **Pay Rate:** $18/hour **Schedule:** Monday – Sunday, 4:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with occasional longer shifts). Must be available on Saturdays. **Location:** Cannabis Greenhouse Environment * * * ### **Position Overview** We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as **Renovations Associates** in our cannabis greenhouse. This is an entry-level position focused on general labor tasks to help prepare and maintain the facility during renovation and construction phases. * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** - Perform general labor tasks to support greenhouse renovation projects - Rake leaves and maintain clean work areas - Line up and move irrigation pipes - Sweep and clear concrete floors - Move and organize rock and other materials (up to 40 lbs) - Assist with odd jobs and special projects as needed to prepare for construction - Follow all safety protocols in a greenhouse environment - Operation of a forklift * * * ### **Requirements** - Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs - Comfortable working in a hot, humid greenhouse environment - Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions - Willingness to work extended hours when needed - Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory) - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - Experience with forklift * * * ### **Compensation & Benefits** - Starting pay: $18/hour after two weeks pay will increase - Opportunity for steady hours and overtime as needed - Hands-on experience working in a large-scale cannabis greenhouse _About Vangst:_ _Vangst is the cannabis industry's hiring platform.
