**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to assist with transplanting plants in a controlled cultivation environment. This role will focus on transplanting into rockwool cubes/blocks and properly setting up irrigation for each plant. **Key Responsibilities:** - Transplant plants into rockwool media with care and precision. - Install and place new drippers to ensure proper irrigation for each plant. - Monitor plants during and after transplanting to ensure stability and health. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cultivation area. - Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols. **Qualifications:** - Prior cultivation or nursery experience preferred, but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
