We’re growing fast — and looking for a smart, consultative, and results-driven Fundraising Specialist to help drive our next phase of impact. If you’re energized by closing deals, advising nonprofit leaders, and making a real difference through your work, this is your opportunity to thrive in a remote-first, mission-driven environment.

You’ll use your sales and nonprofit know-how to:

• Build and manage a pipeline of nonprofit clients

• Recommend and position Winspire experiences to maximize fundraising success

• Manage your own book of business with autonomy and ownership

• Use Salesforce and automation tools to scale your outreach

• Become a trusted advisor and regional expert in your territory

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Consult with nonprofit leaders to understand their goals and event needs

• Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms

• Build and manage relationships from initial lead to post-event success

• Manage your pipeline and forecast performance using Salesforce Lightning

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams to improve offerings

• Travel occasionally for meetings or special event support (territory-dependent)

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development success

• Experience with Salesforce (Lightning preferred) or Hubspot CRM

• Background in nonprofit, fundraising, or travel industries (a big plus!)

• Consultative, customer-first approach and strong relationship-building skills

• Self-motivation and drive to manage your own sales process end-to-end

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Home office setup and comfort working independently
