Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (Toronto Pearson Airport)
Schedule: Rotating Continental (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00)
Pay Rate: $22.28/hour
Employment Type: Full Time (Temp)
Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Paladin Security is seeking a Full-Time (Temp) Customer Service Supervisor to support operations at Toronto Pearson. In this role, you will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for your terminal, ensuring consistent operational excellence, frontline staff support, and seamless communication with the GTAA. The safety and security of all airport customers is at the core of our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities and job performance of Security Guards assigned to all areas of your terminal.
  • Act as a working supervisor, stepping in to support frontline staff as needed.
  • Maintain alertness while standing or walking for extended periods outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ensure staff comply with all airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all posts are fully manned unless properly relieved; oversee book-on and book-off processes.
  • Understand all systems, positions, and expectations for Paladin Security and the GTAA.
  • Report directly to the GTAA Representative during each shift.
  • Manage and maintain operational control of the entire curbside of your assigned terminal.
  • Maintain a cellular phone or approved communication device while on duty and provide a 24-hour contact number.
  • Ensure staff wear proper Paladin uniform and ID, clearly visible at all times.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by GTAA representatives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and direction to staff.
  • Ensure all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are fully completed each shift.

Requirements

  • Valid Security License for the Province of Ontario
  • Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Valid G Class Driver’s License
  • Ability to provide a 3-year Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • English fluency (oral and written)
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
  • Note: Applicants without UOF/MOAB may complete Paladin’s certification program prior to onboarding (cost covered by Paladin; course time unpaid)
