🕒 Shift Availability: Mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights

As a Front Desk Agent, you’re the smiling face of the hotel, welcoming guests, resolving issues, and helping create memorable stays. This role is a great entry point for hospitality careers with significant opportunities for upward mobility.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check guests in and out efficiently

  • Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally

  • Manage phone calls and internal guest communications

  • Maintain accurate records and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Assist with valet duties (cross-training provided)

  • Ensure a polished, professional appearance and demeanor

  • Provide top-tier guest service in alignment with Vail’s Epic Service standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with diplomacy and tact in high-volume guest settings

  • Must have a clean driving record and pass Vail’s MVR check

  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
