Diamond Chemical Company, a national manufacturer of industrial cleaning products, is seeking reliable and experienced Raymond Stand-up Rider Forklift Operators for their East Rutherford warehouse. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to convert into a union position offering competitive pay, benefits, and career stability after 480 hours.

Operators will be responsible for:

• Preparing and staging items for shipment

• Loading trailers and trucks using narrow aisle stand-up forklifts

• Performing accurate inventory adjustments and reporting to managers

• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed

Qualified candidates will have prior experience with Raymond reach trucks, be forklift certified, and ready to work full-time with some flexibility. Steel-toed boots, long pants, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. The warehouse is semi-temperature-controlled, so dress accordingly.
