Description

As a Forklift Operator at Balance Staffing, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include safely operating various types of forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring that products are organized and stored properly. You will also communicate with your team and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Requirements

• Must have experience operating Forklift/Sitdown/Standup/Reach and be able to pass a written and driving test.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift overhead while stacking, pushing, or pulling freight and materials throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete all required training effectively.
• Capable of working independently and also as part of a team.
• Good attendance is absolutely critical for this role.

Nice to Have

• Certification in forklift operation and safety.
• Experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
