Description

As a Forklift Operator at Haley Marketing Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include safely operating forklifts to transport materials, loading and unloading inventory, and maintaining an organized work environment. A typical day will involve moving goods throughout the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Must have a valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant or equivalent).
• Must have prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks.
• Must demonstrate strong safety awareness and the ability to follow workplace safety protocols.

Nice to Have

• Experience with specialized forklifts such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, or high-reach forklifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking technology.
• Knowledge of basic forklift maintenance for inspecting and troubleshooting equipment.
• Prior experience in high-volume or fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Understanding of load distribution and advanced material handling techniques.
