Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks as needed

• Inspect received products for damages

• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and secure

• Perform inventory cycle counts as required

• Pick point-of-sale orders for customer pickups

• Rotate stock to maintain product freshness

• Receive and unload trucks in a timely and accurate manner, following P.O. requirements

• Scan and label products according to guidelines

• Maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage

• Accurately slot products in rack systems

• Support facility upkeep and asset protection through housekeeping and security practices

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Able to read, write, communicate, and understand English to perform tasks such as reading labels, using pick lists and scanners, and communicating with coworkers

• Prior experience operating forklifts or similar equipment (training provided)

• Familiarity with CK31 & CK71 scanners a plus

• Strong judgment and safety awareness when operating equipment and handling products

• Ability to work in cold environments and tolerate low temperatures

• Physically able to meet job demands including standing, sitting, walking, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing between 20–100 lbs
