Job Description (Front of House Server – Sodexo, Federal Reserve Bank, St. Louis)
Support Sodexo’s food service operations at the Federal Reserve Bank corporate cafeteria in downtown St. Louis. This is a seasonal position running September through November with a steady Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent guest-facing service at the cafeteria service lines, grill stations, and cash handling points.
Serve food and beverages in line with Sodexo standards for portioning and presentation.
Assist with light food prep when needed (knife cuts, garnishes, plating).
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and sanitary service area.
Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Support closing, restocking, and shift handoff procedures.

Strong interpersonal skills and positive personality — approachable and guest-focused.
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset — able to adapt quickly to service challenges.
Knife skills for simple prep and plating tasks.
Team player with a can-do attitude, supporting coworkers across roles.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable transportation to downtown St. Louis.
Must complete the Classet screening to qualify.

Clear a comprehensive client background check (Real ID or Passport required).
Complete WorkWhile W-2 activation.
Pass WorkWhile’s internal background check (lighter than the client’s).
Hold a valid Food Handler’s card (WorkWhile can assist if needed).
