About This Role

HireArt is partnering with an AI innovation initiative seeking Finance Domain Experts to evaluate, improve, and design complex finance-driven AI tasks. You will contribute directly to improving AI reasoning across financial analysis, statements, compliance, markets, and corporate financial interpretation.

As a Finance Domain Expert, you will: 

• Design challenging, field-relevant problems based on visuals, prompts, datasets, or model outputs

• Evaluate AI-generated responses using detailed rubrics

• Write or improve evaluation rubrics for complex tasks

• Stress-test model reasoning in finance contexts

• Provide clear, structured feedback on model performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field (corporate finance, accounting, private equity, etc.)

• Experience working with or evaluating LLM systems in financial domains

• Strong writing, analysis, and reasoning skills

• Comfortable working asynchronously with strong self-direction

• Ability to deliver structured, precise, and logically sound evaluations

• Reliable computer and internet connection
